Industrial automation software
I build systems that connect the factory floor to the database: traceability, quality control, defect logging and automatic data collection from PLCs, sensors and cameras. I serve factories in Limeira, Piracicaba and the surrounding region.
Real experience at multinational companies
I developed and maintained for 10 years the traceability system of a multinational automotive company and, for 5 years, the defect logging system of a multinational food company, whose solutions were adopted as a global standard.
These are systems that run every day, integrated with the line equipment, where a failure means stopped production or a defective product reaching the customer.
From the equipment to the report
Data is collected straight from the equipment, via OPC Server, TCP/IP, SNMP or file reading, and stored in a database (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL or PostgreSQL). From there, the quality team and management query the history through the system itself or a web interface.
Solutions
- Traceability of parts and batches
- Logging and control of production defects
- PLC data collection via OPC Server
- Integration with vision sensors, cameras and inspection systems
- Machine and equipment monitoring (SNMP)
- Web query panels and quality indicators

Frequently asked questions
Which equipment can the system integrate?
PLCs and other devices reachable through OPC Server, vision sensors and cameras with TCP/IP communication, network equipment manageable via SNMP, and systems that export files, such as XML.
Can it be integrated with a system the factory already uses?
Yes. The system can read from and write to the existing database or exchange information through files and APIs, according to what the current system allows.
Service in Limeira and region
I work on-site with companies in Limeira, Piracicaba, Americana, Santa Bárbara d'Oeste, Rio Claro, Araras, Cordeirópolis and Iracemápolis, and remotely across Brazil.
